If you are thinking about building a custom home from scratch and want custom designer guidance with ONLY drawings, this service is for you. This service omits selecting finishes.
Step one:
First, please schedule a Discovery Call to get the process started.
Step two:
Then, we will plan an In-Home Consultation to discuss the new home in depth. We will talk about space planning, functionality, lifestyle, and the basics such as square feet, levels, beds and bath quantities, location, etc. This initial meeting will most likely be between 3 and 4 hours as we will also begin with quick sketches of the locations of the home to get started.
step three:
Then, we will begin the design process! At this time, Bethany and the team will take all of the information gathered from the previous consultations and create a custom design tailored to your goal.

Step Four:
Once all selections are made and designs are approved, you are welcome to work with a builder of your choosing to build the home of your dreams!
*Due to supply chain issues and delays, some items will take longer to arrive than others. If you have the appliances selected, collaborate with your builder to order as soon as possible to prevent further delays.
Step Five:
Once the CO (certificate of occupancy) has been received, we would love to schedule a day to photograph your home to display on our gallery.
On the day of the photo shoot, the photographer and the designer will work through several full room shots from different angles and close-up shots of areas throughout the room. We would love to publish these photos on our website and marketing materials to show off our work!
